Generally, commissions are rejected by the merchant. Although merchants do not usually give clear reasons for the rejections, we offer our publishers a set of possible causes that could lead to the rejection of commissions:
- The final purchase on the product page/store site was not made using your Cuelinks affiliate link.
- The order was not completed in one session/sitting.
- The customer added products to the cart before going through your Cuelinks affiliate link.
- Browser cookies were not enabled.
- The pop-up blocker on the browser was disabled.
- The order was later canceled, amended, or returned.
- A wrong coupon code was used during the purchase.
- Commission is not earned on the purchase of a gift certificate.
- Commission is not payable on the use of bank coupon codes promoted by the merchant.
- Another referrer was rewarded the commission (considering the last click).
- Other terms and conditions laid down by the merchant on the merchant page under additional information are applicable before the completion of every transaction.
