Merchants usually have a 60-day cooling-off period during which items are likely to be returned. Only after this 60-day period, does the merchant validate the transaction, and thus it takes us 60 days to validate your commission.

In addition, Cuelinks is also reliant on the merchant to share validation reports, and sometimes there may be delays in validations from the merchant's end. However, we strive to close validations on time.
