Most of the times the transactions are accurately captured and attributed to us by the merchants. But in very rare cases some transaction get missed out by the merchant's tracking platforms. Fill following fields - Campaign Name, Order Number, Transaction Date, Sale Amount, Coupon Code, Select Source along with order receipt.
For current month maximum by 3rd of the next month. No missing queries will be entertained after 3rd of the next month for previous month.
For example 1: if a missing transaction which has date of order 1 Jan, you can report the same to us max by 3rd Feb. However, we will not entertain missing transaction request if you send the same to us after 3rd of Feb.
Example 2: if a missing transaction which has date of order 31 Jan, you can report the same to us max by 3rd Feb. However, we will not entertain missing transaction request if you send the same to us after 3rd of Feb.
Please follow the below steps for missing transactions:
1. Check the conversion flow of the campaign and then check whether reporting for the campaign is realtime or offline.
2. Platforms allowed: Always check the platforms allowed / supported by the advertiser. If the platform allowed are Desktop and Msite and if you made the conversion via an App, it will not get tracked.
3. Check the categories commission rates: Check the categories on which advertiser is giving commission, there may be few categories in which advertiser may not pay, those conversions may also not get recorded.
Once you have go through the step 1, 2 and 3, the 4th step would be:

If Real time: Go to Reports-> Transactions and see the conversion, it should get recorded in 5 to 10 minutes. If the conversion is not recorded, check whether the campaign accepts missing transactions or not. If offline: Go to Reports-> Transactions, we recommend you to wait for two days, generally all the offline reports are uploaded on the panel within two working days. In case if the transaction is still not reflecting, check whether the campaign accepts missing transactions or not. In case of CPI campaigns, refer the conversion flow, generally, for install campaigns the commission will be on an action after the install (if not stated otherwise). Also, for CPI campaigns, the conversion will get tracked on a fresh device only. A fresh device is a device in which the app has never been installed / the user is a new user to the advertiser.
Note: don’t open the tracking links in incognito mode as cookies are disabled, so the conversions will not get tracked. Also, avoid visiting other sites after clicking on the tracking link as most of the advertisers follow “last click attribution model”
