I don't have a bank account in India, can i still work with Cuelinks ?
Of course you can work with Cuelinks.
Cuelinks supports international wire transfer to all its publishers who does not have bank account in India. For international publishers (not having bank account in India) you need to provide the following documents to us :
- No Physical establishment certificate: A "NO PE" certificate is required which states that you do not have any physical establishment in India and therefore does not come / fall under Indian tax law. The format for this certifcate can be downloaded from your Cuelinks account by navigating under Account-> My profile.
- Tax residency certificate (TRC) : We would need a tax residency certificate for your country to prove that you do not fall under Indian tax laws. This is something that you would have to check and provide a copy for the same.
- Form 10F: This form is provided by us, this is basically a declaration, you can also download this from Cuelinks account-> My profile and upload the same after filling the required detail.
